1.3 Since the products of Photographyforgood are customer-specific, they cannot be exchanged or returned.
1.4 If the order does not meet the quality requirements of Photographyforgood upon receipt, the Buyer can contact us within 5 working days of receipt, stating the order number. Failure to meet the quality requirements of Photographyforgood also includes damage occurred during transport or production errors.

1 Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply exclusively to all offers, orders and agreements concluded between the Buyer and Photographyforgood.
1.2 The Buyer can only invoke deviating and/or additional stipulations if and insofar as they have been expressly accepted by Photographyforgood.
1.3 The Buyer with whom a contract has been concluded on the basis of these terms and conditions accepts the applicability of these terms and conditions to subsequent agreements between him and Photographyforgood.
2 Establishment of agreement
2.1 A purchase agreement is concluded between Photographyforgood and the Buyer at the moment that the Buyer accepts an offer from Photographyforgood by fully and correctly completing the form made available by Photographyforgood.
3 Price
3.1 Photographyforgood reserves the right to adjust the prices of its products. These adjusted prices will never apply to orders already placed by a Buyer

4 Payment
4.1 For payment, the Buyer can only use the payment options offered by Photographyforgood.
4.2 Photographyforgood offers various payment methods, namely iDeal, Apple Pay and Credit Card.
4.3 Invoices are only offered electronically by Photographyforgood.
5 Delivery, delivery time and execution
5.1 We deliver within Europe using the services of PostNL and PostNL's partners.
5.2 We do not charge a contribution to the shipping costs.
5.3 Our products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer. The Buyer can choose to have his order delivered to his address or to someone else's address.
5.4 The Orderer (ie the person to whom the shipment is shipped) will be the declarant and importer in the country for which the shipment is destined.
5.5 The indicative delivery times in the Netherlands indicated by Photographyforgood take into account the handling time of PostNL and its partners.

8 Intellectual Property
8.1 Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights apply to all text, illustrations, photography, and everything else related to Photographyforgood, the products of Photographyforgood and this website.

9 Warranty and Liability

11.2 The District Court in Amsterdam has exclusive jurisdiction to take cognizance of any disputes between Photographyforgood and the Buyer, arising from or otherwise related to the agreement.
